There will be a service charge per person with your meal selection choice which includes: Admissions, Retama Parks Live Racing Programs, Set-up, Breakdown, Linens, Tables / Chairs, Dinnerware and Private Waitstaff. The service charge is 18%.

Each meal selection has a 90-minute serving period.
Increasing the guaranteed head count after the final count has been called into the Catering Operations Department will result in an additional charge of $3 per person plus the menu item price and is subject to availability. Food and Beverages are not permitted to leave the premises.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted on premises.
All prices are stated “per person” and are subject to 8.25% sales tax, along with the service charge of 18%.
