Bar Set Up Fee:
Any private event requiring bar service will include a $150.00 bar set-up fee per bar.
Cash Bar Option or Host Bar Option (+ 18% Service Charge)
Live Racing Events: Last call for bar service is after the 2nd to last race of the evening
Non-Racing Events: Last call for bar service is 11:30 p.m.
Alcoholic beverages and sodas are sold separately.
Retama Park reserves the right to refuse service of alcoholic beverages to any guest when alcohol consumption is in question.
Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted on premises.

Mutuel Teller---$12.00 per hour per teller

Handicapping Seminar---$65.00 per 1/2 hour

Trophy Presentation---$150.00
Honor (10) of your guests in the Winner’s Circle by their participation in an award’s presentation. The award will be presented to the winning owner, trainer or jockey. A commemorative photo will be taken and sent to your chairperson. Additional photos may be purchased upon request through Coady Photography. The number of presentations is limited each night. The assignment of race numbers is subject to change as dictated by the rules and regulations of the Retama Park Racing Office.

Retama Bucks --- a $2.00 coin, which may be used for wagering or food and beverages
Coins must be pre-ordered and are non-refundable. (Delivery of Retama Bucks will be made on the evening of your event)

Wagering Vouchers --- a paper voucher in any currency amount. Vouchers must be pre-ordered and are
non-refundable.

Parking
General Parking: $5.00 per vehicle on Family Nights and $2.00 per vehicle on Non-Event Nights
Valet Parking is available for an additional $3.00 per vehicle
Parking passes may be purchased through the Catering Operations Department.
