A $300 deposit will be required upon signing the contract. The deposit is applied to the final payment. All deposits are due with receipt of the signed contract. Deposits are non-refundable. Full payment and guaranteed head count must be received 10 business days prior to the event. The guaranteed head count for all catered events must be called into the Group Sales office no later than 10 business days prior to the event date. Increasing the guaranteed head count after the final count has been called into the Group Sales Department will result in an additional charge of $2 per person and is subject to availability. Failure to make payment within 7 business days before your event may result in cancellation. Final payments are non-refundable. Credit will not be issued for no-shows. All purchases are final.
An additional charge will apply for last minute head count and set up changes.
