This private club is available on a limited basis for groups of
10-80 people during the Live Meet.
When we’re not live racing the Club is the perfect setting
for your upscale meetings, receptions and Christmas parties up to
150 people.

SHOWPLACE PAVILION
Hear the sound of thundering hooves! This private party room is
right next to the racetrack. The Showplace Pavilion is a climate
controlled facility offering both indoor and outdoor trackside seating,
private mutuel teller are available, television monitors and optional
private bar service. The Showplace Pavilion requires a minimum of
100 people and will seat 300 people using rounds of 8. Whether it
is a business meeting, sales seminar, trade show, party or luncheon,
this room will accommodate your needs.

ALAMO DOWNS
View the horses before you place your bet! Alamo Downs is an intimate
private gathering lounge over-looking the paddock and is located on
the clubhouse level. This room is easily reserved for private parties
of 25 to 90 people. During live racing, you will receive reserved
seating over-looking the racetrack.

TERRACE DINING ROOM
$350.00 per day
Located on our clubhouse level, your group will enjoy premier seating
and dining while viewing the races. The Terrace Dining Room is a tiered-level
restaurant over-looking the racetrack and finish line. A designated
tier may be reserved for groups of 20 to 300 people (subject to availability).
Guests are seated of a party of four with a personal television monitor
to view horse racing. The dining room is available for private use

EXECUTIVE CONFERENCE ROOM
Located on the administrative level, this luxurious room can comfortably
accommodate up to 25 people in a business setting. The Executive Conference
Room is ideal for business meetings, sales seminars or small corporate
functions.
SPORTS BAR ANNEX
Our newest addition! The Sports Bar Annex is located on the clubhouse
level adjacent to the Sports Bar. This room is available for private parties
accommodating up to 45 people. You will enjoy big screen televisions for
simulcasting with access to mutuel tellers and bar facilities. Must
be 15 years of age to enter through the Sports Bar during operating hours.
CLUBHOUSE BOX SEATS
Another great location for food, fun, and beverages! This area offers
premium seating for viewing the races with your own personal monitor for
the evening. Each box will seat four guests. Food and beverage service
is available.

RESERVED SEATING AREA
The reserved seating area will accommodate up to 400 people (subject to
availability) in theater-style seating. The seating over-looks the track
located on clubhouse level. Waiter service is not available in this area.
TRACK LEVEL
With 31,000 square feet, the track level can accommodate trade shows or
any event that requires plenty of space. This area can accommodate up
to 800 people in a trade show or convention setting.
