Step 1: Information for your Sales Event Coordinator:

a. Date of event
b. Approximate number of guests
c. Select package
d. Buffet choice (applies only to a private event package)
e. Bar option
f. Extras … Retama Bucks, Wagering Vouchers, Mutuels,
Trophy Presentation, Wagering Seminar, etc…

Step 2: Process to start plans for your event:

a. Book the date with Sales Event Coordinator
b. Sign contract – $500 deposit required at this time for all events.
c. Trophy presentation contract and race name due at this point, if applicable. Delivery of Retama Bucks will be made on the evening of your event.
d. Payment in full with Guaranteed Head Count due 10 business days prior to event date.
e. Tickets will be released once the payment has been collected.
f. Guaranteed head count and set up changes made after the guaranteed head count has been given will result in an additional charge of $3 per person.

*Guaranteed Head Count: “Number of guests that you will be billed for at that time.”
The guaranteed head count will be due 10 business days prior to the event date. Increasing the guaranteed head count after the final count has been called into the Catering Operations Department will result in an additional charge of $3 per person plus the menu item price and is subject to availability.
*Service Charge: Includes admission, Retama Park’s live racing program, setup, breakdown, linens, dining tables, chairs, dinnerware and wait staff. The service charge is 18%.
*The Group Sales Department does not discount on Fifty Cent Nights.
