| TERMS & CONDITIONS A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required at the time of contract signing. Initial deposit will be applied to the final payment. Deposits are non-refundable. Full payment and guaranteed head count must be received 10 business days prior to the event, before tickets can be picked up or mailed. The guaranteed head count for all catered events must be called into the Catering Operations Department -10 business days prior to the event date. Increasing the guaranteed head count after the final count has been called into the Catering Operations Department will result in an additional charge of $3.00 per person plus the menu item price and is subject to availability. All prices are stated “per person” and are subject to 8.25% sales tax along with the 18% service charge. Failure to make payment in full within 7 business days before your event may result in cancellation. Final payments are non-refundable. Credit will not be issued for no-shows. All purchases are final. An additional charge will apply for last minute head count and set up change. **The Catering Operations Department does not discount on Fifty-Cent Nights** Food and Beverages are not permitted to leave the premises. TICKET DISTRIBUTION GRATUITY GUARANTEED HEAD COUNT SERVICE CHARGE In accordance with the Laws of the State of Texas, Breckenridge Entertainment Corporation is the only licensee authorized to purchase, sell or serve liquor, beer and wine on these premises. Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted on Retama Park premises by any individual. In order for Breckenridge Entertainment Corporation to comply with TABC standards, we reserve the right to refuse bar service to any individual when alcohol consumption is in question. |
